Within Generali, I oversee cooperation with external partners, mainly in the field of electrical stores, telecommunications operators, and energy companies. We focus on collaborations that bring added value to our partners and their clients. The goal is to maximize satisfaction with our products among clients, not only by wide risk coverage, but also by high-quality liquidation. Together with the liquidation department, we set up processes that shorten the time of processing an insurance claim to minutes. We also focus on innovative products, such as bicycle insurance against theft and damage, or mountain rescue insurance as part of a ski pass. I gained my first experience in business as a teenager, where I helped my father in his shop. After university graduation, I managed two operations in the United States for two years and subsequently worked as a sales/account manager in external call centers for more than 6 years. I started at Generali 14 years ago as a project manager and started the first CRM activities within the insurance company. However, in addition to CRM, I also managed several B2B projects and have been exclusively dedicated to this area for the last 8 years.
